| We had a humble beginning almost 40 years ago, Ron Segars, Sr. started Ron's Chimney Sweep. His wife, Barbara, would also be on the roads with him cleaning and restoring chimneys. Still to this day, you will see her working in the office, answering the phones, and helping customers. Many Wilmington residents remember our trucks on the roads of Wilmington as well as in southeastern North Carolina. They have even commented on the fact that when they saw our trucks, they then knew that they were at home. In 1980, Ron Segars, Jr. was born. When he reached his teen years, Ron, Sr. kept him out of trouble by working him in the business, which he has done still to this day. As you can already tell, we are a family-owned and operated business. We take great pride in choosing knowledgeable people to work in our business. When you call us during business hours, you will reach a person who is very knowledgeable in all of the areas that we cover. We have a combined experience of over 100 years!
